Hi all, we're looking for any therapist or social worker that has expertise with hoarders/hoarding. Do you - does anybody here - know any therapist or social worker like this? As you know, this is a really hard thing to deal with. Very much hoping to connect with a therapist to help get through this. It is definitely stressful but I have got to deal with it somehow.
I'm already getting help with my clean-out & clean-up (professional help). It's going ok; the worst part is what's going on in my head, conflicting emotions, stress, anxiety, etc.
Of course doing this online is totally fine, but I'm in Virginia near Washington DC. in case it makes a difference.
