I live near Harrisburg PA, am female, 70. I may have always been a small-time 'collector', but this seems to own me. It mushroomed when my husband died last year. I do 'scratch', am anxious at times, have fought clinical depression long-term. Taking nothing now, nor seeing no one about it this is my first attempt don't know where to start. It's beating me. please tell me what to do. I need help. Thank you. -
