Hello

I'm having too hard of a time seeking therapy for hoarding in NJ. The therapists experienced in cbt for hoarding seem to be very few and far between.

I've been seeking help for a long time and at this rate I will never get better. I'm really running out of hope. I feel like I've exhausted all possible options.

Any suggestions for help in NJ?

Same here, in Virginia/Washington DC.
Have you found a therapist yet? Does anybody here - know any therapist or social worker like this? As you know, this is a really hard thing to deal with. Very much hoping to connect with a therapist to help get through this. It is definitely stressful but I have got to deal with it somehow.
I'm already getting help with my clean-out & clean-up (professional help). It's going ok; the worst part is what's going on in my head and heart, conflicting emotions, stress, anxiety, etc.
If only it would be easier to find a specialist therapist. SMH
