My sweet grandmother is a hoarder. My veteran father lives with her and is an alcoholic. They live in Florida (near Tallhassee) and speak Korean. No one else in our family speaks Korean.

My aunt and I are planning a massive clean up but before we enter their home, I'd like to have a plan in place.

The Plan
*Hire a clean-up company with a Korean speaking specialist
*Hire a Korean speaking hoarding therapist
*Engage grandmother's church for community support
*Engage as many family members as possible to help with clean-up effort

Does anyone have anything to add or recommend?
