I have a property owner I have been helping deal with a huge clean up. The culprit fled the property leaving it to be dealt with by my elderly tiny Vietnamese woman alone. I've spent two months every day. We have removed two 15 foot dumpsters and load after load. We have two of the 3 foot by 3foot construction clean up bags left. But no more money and no transportation to remove it. Inspection by code enforcement is at the end of the month
