we once helped a person whose parent was a hoarder and needed to sell their home as they couldn't use it - they were too embarrassed to list it and it just could not have been listed on the MLS. They couldn't clean it and wanted to sell it. We were able to buy their home and help them to just sell it without listings or anyone really coming in and seeing the hoard.
