Where can I get some help for my brother? He is a hoarder. His home looks like the stuff you see on TV. Here is the stats: he is 51, never married, no girlfriend, no children, no job. Lives with two cats in a townhouse in NJ. Mom and dad have passed away several years ago. He is obese. He doesn't let anyone in his house. How do I help him?
