Many have issues with anger, grief, betrayal, loss of power over their lives in one way or another.
One thing to keep in mind is that we can not change others, we can only change ourselves.
Bringing about positive changes in ourselves can sometimes influence others to make some positive changes too.
Finding a better outlet for your anger would help.

I've been married to the same guy for 40 yrs, & he has been using porn for 55 yrs. He withdraws from me. I'm not the 19
yr old he was so smitten with when I was in college. He is a
guy who prefers his own company if I'm at home. If I go away on a trip, he can't stand that--he misses me then! But once I'm home again, he's somewhere in the other end of the house! He loves to view "perfect young women" on porn videos.

I get back at him in our pocket book, by shopping & hoarding!
I am really new to this, but it is very apparent that my hoarding has been fueled by anger at him.

Anyone else have that problem with anger?
