There is no emotion free happy dance solution to your situation. One thing another poster on the site has tried is setting firm boundaries. Areas of the house are cleaned out and become clu5ter free zones which the hoarder must respect.

My wife is a hoarder and suffers from depression. She's on meds for her depression and is able to function at a basic level (going to work as a blue collar employee/waitress). I'm looking for other's to help cope and not terminate the marriage.....after 21 years! But, it's getting too difficult to stay in the marriage. She refuses to go for therapy/help. Any ideas? HELP!!!!
