My mother is 72 and not in good health, refuses help and will not get rid of anything especially loved ones things that have passed, we dont have much money but she needs help. She wears oxygen and smokes which is a deadly combination and has already had some small fires in the house. I need to know what the charge is so that I can see if we can afford it,if not, is there a non profit organization that can help us?
