You would really need to call a mold remediation company to get an estimate and to determine the extent of the damage. There are approximately 400,000 types of mold, of which less than 100,000 have been named. Approximately 1,000 types of mold are found indoors across America. Less than 80 molds are suspected of causing some form of illness, and only a few of them are considered toxic. I don't want you to think because of this you have nothing to worry about, because 80 is still a high number. Since the moisture in bathroom is coming from inside the bathroom and not behind the walls, it is most likely contained on the inside of the bathroom just on surfaces where you can see it. Try spraying the areas with bleach which will kill the mold but if that doesn't work after a couple applications, you really should call a professional. I don't know what they would charge, but it isn't cheap. They should give you a free onsite estimate though. I would also get that fan fixed quickly and get that air moving again in there.
