First, last name; state, zip, phone, relationship

how many years known person,

at this time I don't need addresses yet unless I'm actually writing down other refrences on a job app that asks for them.

Also to keep confidential with phone numbers.

This site isn't totally private and I don't wouldn't want scammers calling numbers posted.

I went to the place today which was 1 1/2 hours away. WOW! what a drive!

I would gladly use the refrences when I can and hope for the interview.
