Hi, Mike. I found a service under "National Services" above (Steri-Clean not n my state) and it went fine. You might also consider whether you'd like the services of an organizer? I'd hesitate to put papers in another building for fear I'd never get back to them. 🙁

It is very typical that people want to clean up a bit before having the cleaners come in. 😀

Thanks. I did call Steri-Clean a couple of months ago but wanted to clean first -what I was going to ask is that they take up bad carpeting (mice rooms). Pretty funny that I want to clean first huh?

Does anyone know if you have the option of just having them put papers in boxes and in the garage and then I can go look in leisure? What I don't want , I'd have them come back and take. It would be too much to go through all that stuff with the one trip of cleaning.

They have a whole fleet of trucks and vans with absolutely NO writing on them.
When you make an appointment for an estimate they will listen to your wants and needs and carry them out.
At the left of this page is a listing of all the states where Steri-Clean has offices.
If you live in a state that does not have Steri-Clean, call Service Master and make an appointment.
Ask them about all their services.

Mike, i would suggest you get mouse traps soon! Make certain your kitties can not get to the traps, tho! Mice can quickly chew up and destroy a lot! They also carry diseases! The traps with the yellow plastic swiss cheese thing work great and are easy to set. Use peanut butter!
I personally could not have anyone else help me sort paperwork. That is the one thing id need to sort myself. Id also be hesitant for others to see my personal or financial business?
Maybe try starting on your own first? That maybe more effective and less stressful than bringing others in?
I hope im not discouraging you from getting help? For me, the thought of others looking through my paperwork really freaks me out.
Also, i discovered years ago a better and more effective way than a shredder.They are time consuming and easy for criminals to piece together. Instead, i get a bucket of water and crumple paper in a wet ball. That is easy, quick, cheap and much more secure!
