Diagnosis difficulty in UK

Hoarders don't get diagnosed by doctors and referred to specialist whereas people with OCD can. So ineffect hoarders do get professional support they they need. Question: How do you get diagnosed using the DSM-V? Which specialist do you go to,to get a diagnosis? how do you prove you have hoarding tendencies? Thank you Kara | |
