I have been working little by little on the clutter. I am making progress. It is slow but sure.
Today I came to the realization that if I really want to have my life and my home back, I may need more help.
I contacted one of the cleaning resources in my area to ask about coming into my home to do an estimate.
This is scary for me. I could use a little encouragement.
I want to be able to do it all by myself. I don't want to give up any control. I don't want my neighbors to realize what is happening. I'm not sure I'm ready.

This is a very positive step in the right direction.
Doing decluttering all alone IS very very hard.
Hiring a company to help you will get you to your goal in very short time and then you can get on with the rest of your life without this heavyness hanging over your head every minute of every day.
You CAN do this estimate! 😀
