In regard to heavy cleaning of a property or appraisal of items, where you don't have money to pay for the services, there is probably not much advice we can offer you.
If you would like advice and moral support in relation to changing your attitudes about gathering stuff and lighter cleaning and space reclamation inside your home that you do yourself, we may be able to give you advice in those areas.
