Maybe a friend or family member being present will be good enough for a tv show.

I plan to as soon as I get all the photos taken. They ask for family members to be involved and none of mine want to appear on TV and only 2 are willing to help with any type of physical labor, neither of them living here so they can only come up on a weekend.

I thought that Hoarders went off the air back in 2016 when Matt Paxton left the show. I haven't seen any new episodes.
I went to a seminar with Matt in 2016 or 2017 with ServiceMaster and Brite Start which is in my area. Neither of which have returned my phone calls or e-mails.
It seems to me that any help for hoarders is located in or around large cities when some of the bigger problems start in smaller depressed towns.
I am embarrassed by my situation. So is my family consisting of 6 children. I have always been a single mom even when I was with the 3 youngest's father because he refused to care for them while I worked 2 jobs then 1 job 12 hours a day. My children had to grow up quick and take care of each other because of day care costs.
Things got progressively worse when I was taken out of work due to an injury and put on disability. Since I was home, the children expected me to do everything and their father not living with us said they didn't have to or they and he would call social services.
I am willing to go on TV, my daughter-in-law reluctantly is willing however none of my children. They might tell their story if not on camera.
I want to move to a smaller home and I have 2 people interested in mine however I cannot show it in this condition nor have an appraiser look at it.
Can you have a show with just members from my Church and limited family? Can you work with my family to see the importance that this means to not only me but to there future.
