I have seen roaches crawling outside on the sidewalks by his townhouse. I have seen roaches crawling on surrounding neighbors and my outside hates. I have children and a small grandson and so do my surrounding neighbors. No one should have to endure someone else's filth. I am looking to move but I still want help for my neighbors.
