Hello,
I am posting to ask for help for my fiance. I am in the US so I am pretty helpless. He lives in Perth, Western Australia.
He has been issued a breach for the hoarding condition of his home. The problem is that he also suffers from OCD and PTSD. I am completely helpless to do anything but watch him get evicted if I cannot find a solution...there seems to be no help in Perth with the large cleanup he needs. He has 2 children living with him as well and if he loses his home they will go to foster care...BEcause he is on disability he cannot afford to pay for help...


Any help would be greatly appriciated!
