My mother-in-law has been a hoarder for as long as her 50-plus year old sons can recall. Now that she has a terminal lung condition (pulmonary fibrosis), we need to find a professional to work with her to clear the clutter. Her home is simply not safe for her--boxes (full and empty) everywhere, she sleeps on half of her bed while the other half has become a make-shift "office," she has expired food everywhere (we cleared out several boxes of dry goods, but couldn't stay in the home long enough to do any more--my husband had an allergy attack; I had an asthma episode), she has lost more checkbooks and credit cards than I can accurately count, etc., etc., etc. Her home is not a home at all, but a storage facility--and an unhealthy one at that. Any ideas for help for her in a town just north of Cincinnati?
