How much too charge???
I am in the process of cleaning a major hoarder house.....It is a friend of mine who has offered me the job to clean her deceased mom's house out. This is stuff half way up to ceiling in all rooms and patio and garage. There are biting dust mites and it is going to be a major job. No utilities are on except electric. My question is what should I charge her. Both my husband and myself are commited to doing the job but don't want to cut ourselves short when quoting the job.
