I have a good friend who is a hoarder. She has no family and is also being treated for cancer. The health department is now trying to take her to court to clean up her carport because her neighbors complained. The city turned off her gas this past summer and winter is coming. Not sure if she has water in the house. I have offered to help her but she doesn't want help. I don't want her to lose her home but I am not sure what to do? Suggestions?
