Hi Everyone,

My name is Nicole and I just became full guardian of my grandfather through the court. My mom was the POA but she no longer can take care of anything.

My mom is the hoarder and has trashed my grandfathers house with belongings and in the past animals. She used his money to do this and now he is running low. He has been living in an assisted living facility (alf) but we need to sell the house quick so he can keep getting care. He is 95 year old vet.

I have some info and started doing some work. The yard is a jungle and needs to be taken care of before the exterminators can do anything. Also there are a few holes in the roof that need fixed before extermination can be started too as the rats get in to the house that way. We can't really clean out the house until we get rid of the rats. We hope to gut the house as much as possible and sell as is. It's got solid cement walls and foundations and that and the land should be worth a little. Everything else will have to go.

I am looking for help with handy man and mostly a cleaner to do this work in the area. Luckily my mom doesn't live in this house, she has her own condo she is slowing ruining now, so it's easier to get rid of most stuff. Mostly it's hers but she isn't in a shape to come get it.
