I am facing the same problem. I would love to help encourage each other. This weekend we are going to start by packing one box and set a goal of one a day until we are stronger

My daughter is 23 and a stage 4 hoarder. She lives in my home. She has her room so cluttered I see now carpet or clear surface. It is her bedroom and now spreading into the hallway and stairway. If I mention her cleaning she rolls her eyes or gets very mad. She is a Christian and works. She has no issue working at all. I am pleased with her morals and values. Just need help in knowing how to help her with this huge mess that has been out of control for about 4 yrs now just getting worse by the year. She can't open her closet door. She has her door off the bedroom due to not being able to enter if not. She wouldn't be able to open it for junk. I am so discouraged and I need help knowing how to help her. She has no insurance so can get no counseling. Thanks for any ideas.
