You are being asked by a senior at Lewis-Clark State College to participate in a research study about communication satisfaction. The survey will take about 15 minutes.

Any risks are considered to be minimal. No names will be collected on the surveys.

Participation is voluntary. You may stop at any time. You may skip questions or end the survey if the questions bother you. If you have questions about the research, you may contact Dr. Kathie Wilcox at KWilcox@lcsc.edu. If you have other questions about your rights, you may contact the Institutional Review Board of LCSC at (208) 792-2276.

You may also enter into a random drawing for one of two $25 Red Lobster gift cards. If you wish to be entered in the drawing, email RMRogers@lcmail.lcsc.edu. Answers and entry into the drawing are in no way connected. The winner will be contacted by June 2014.
