Thank you, Mark!

Hi all!

The computer program seems to be finally working (miracle)! (I was able to talk the computer people into upgrading me to a new license for free and found and fixed one of the bugs plaguing the study) If you are interested in helping out, read below. If not, I completely understand; you've already helped a ton!

I'm finishing up recruitment on my study because I'm up against my deadline for graduation. My dissertation committee isn't sure they'll let me defend my dissertation because I don't have enough participants yet (problems with the computer program have meant that many didn't get to the complete the study), so I'm making a final effort and crossing my fingers that it works!

Thank you!

Brianna

Do I think I have hoarding problems? You damn betcha. I also have a social science background and have long been interested in understanding this. It runs in my family also. Am willing to participate and have done so many times for other issues!

Hi there!

I am still looking for participants!

At the time I posted this, the IT people in charge of the online program had assured me that their technology could handle the demands of the study, however, that turned out not to be the case. Many people were interested in participating but were unable because of technical difficulties and as a result, recruitment has been painfully slow. And, I am sorry if people on this board tried to participate but were unable. At this point in time, the study appears to be working properly (at least as best as it will), with the exception of those running it on Macs, so I was wondering if you'd be willing to re-post it for me. (Study posting is below.)

Thank you so much!

Brianna
