Thank you to everyone who commented. Thanks especially to Cory Chalmers who is willing to move forward with the idea. The concensus seems to be that the bracelet idea is a good one. Everyone agrees that a portion of moneys collected should go to help people who do not have the funds begin the process. Most people think the $35 cost from Bravelets is too expensive and that we should look at something cheaper. The rubber stamped bracelets are cheaper but someone would need to take charge of ordering them, distributing them and handling the funds. (Part of Bravelets cost is that it handles all of that for us and then sends 28.57% of money collected to Hoarding Cleanup) Several of you are crafty and might consider making some and selling them. In addition to distributing them and collecting the money, you would also need to figure in how much it will cost to make each one. I am unwilling to do any of that. I have too much on my plate already. So if anyone out there wants to take the ball and run with it, fine. As for me, I did purchase a blue Bravelets bracelet through Anxiety Disorders. It came this week and is a very nice piece of jewelry that I will wear as a reminder to stay the course and not let life's circumstances overwhelm me. Thank you again for exploring this topic with me. You never really know whether you have a good idea or not until you put it out there.
