Eating properly. Drinking enough water to keep hydrated. Taking any medicines we need. Wearing the proper clothing, shoes, gloves, face masks for some jobs. Getting enough rest. Taking regular breaks during the day. Getting to bed at the right hour. AND, making time to play.
Balance between work, rest and recreation.
Even if you have to write these things down to remember to do them, schedule them into your daily plans. (((HUGS)))
