Wow excellent. That reminds me that I have a box to get to the bin before tomorrow's pick up, I will do that today.

Phew !!! that was a workout. 4 Trips to put black bags and boxes out for rubbish collection. Raining too. That must of been a 15mins splurge. Been meaning to do those for a few months now. At least it is done now.

Oh Roxie... thank you for this, it was a big help, I will do that. I took a nap after talking to Karl for quite a while and I am feeling some better and this was so sweet and encouraging.

Dear girl, just post ta da lists, to reinforce what you HAVE accomplished, no matter how little. Focusing on the accomplishments rather than on what yet needs to be done will help, I am sure. And allowing yourself some down days with only a couple things done is okay when your health is involved. Some days all I can do is take meds, feed that cats, and brush my teeth. It will get better, and yes, we can.

Today I need to focus on keeping track of even the smallest victories as I am not feeling well physically or emotionally. I tell myself it will get better, and I know it really will.

Thank you for these boards and the chat, I hope to see someone on today if anyone has time for chat and chores.

I looked over at the three boxes I have designated as go-throughs for today and my heart sank a little and I thought - I can't do it... I just can't do it today.

Then I read a few more posts in here and my positive attitude came bubbling back. And I got tears of gratitude in my eyes.

I learned I can change my I can'ts into I think I cans... with minimal effort at that, go figure!

I will be here quite a bit so if anyone feels discouraged and overwhelmed, give me a holler. I also have Skype/MSN if anyone wants to chat like that (instant messaging) and it can do more than two in a chat.

Thank you all very much again for being here when I needed you most.
