I am now slightly drunk after completing the paperwork for the assessment. Ready to be sent off tomoz. I met up with my mental health advocate to give me the mental boost to get the concentration together to make sure I have everything I need to send off for my case. Not to mention the copies.
YES!! I did it again. Not easy after a burial.
BTW: not put the tanks back or started to clean them either. Wish you guys were here to physically help me. I need to clear a space for the medical assessment. This is all mentally too much.

(((Kara))) I understand, I truly do. And I'm proud and happy that you could finally take the steps to lay your baby to rest.

Kara - Your post brought tears to my eyes. So glad you had good friends with you. It sounds like you honored that beautiful life of your furry companion in a perfect, profound, & sacred ceremony. You are incredibly courageous, Kara -- so inspiring seeing how you are stepping forward :)

Thanks Anne. And I did it again. The burial was just as I planned. 2 close friends walked with me. I tried to read the poems and prayers but my voice broke. The atmosphere was calm and respectful. I even light a tealight til the wind blow it out 5 seconds later. We talked on the way back about moving forward, clearing the tanks, setting up the design bench etc. Thanks to all last night for your motivational help.

I finally achieved the one thing that I had put off for the last 4 weeks. I DID IT. The worst part is over with the help of this support group. Thanks guys. Just needed a little motivation without feeling ashamed. I knew I needed to do it but was making excuses to put it off. Finally, I can move forward and get on with the next part of the plan. What motivates you?
