I hear you HELLO. I TRY AND TRY AND I SEE TO FAIL. I'm letting myself down and my family. I'm sad about how it makes me feel. I don't have company over and I want to. I'm really low right now and want help. sometimes when my schedule is free, I take time and purge but it always seems to creep up on me AGAIN. I took one huge bag of clothes to Goodwill and was so happy about it but I still need to let go of so much more. It's beyond my reach at times. My basement is filling up and that effects me.

Pick one one square foot of your house - a space on the edge of the counter, your bed, a table, and concentrate on that alone. Organize it into 1) garbage, 2) put away, and 3) put away somewhere later. Throw the garbage away immediately. Put the #2's away, and put the #3's in a box or something. Then feel good, because just that small task is mentally exhausting!

I know the feeling. I like Dianne's idea. Another starting point is the kitchen sink. Wash the dishes in the sink and you'll feel good. I promise.
