John do you have a church or someone that you can request volunteers to help you get the house to a saleable condition..

Maybe talking to someone in the realty business who is into selling people distressed homes?

we have cleaned up the home now but after spending 30000 and there is a 50000 home equity loan on the house we are at a loss for what to do. if the house was in great shape it might be worth 120000. this is my wifes brother and i am the one spending all the money. i don't know where to go next. help
