Hi CoralRN :) The best way to start is by doing small amounts daily. Work at something for 5, 10 or 15 minutes daily. Pick a small area, a corner of a room or a drawer, shelf or cupboard. Doing something, anything daily will eventually begin to show progress. With your hurt ankle find something that you can do while sitting, like sorting papers. While you are waiting for the coffee to brew wash a few dishes or empty the dish washer. We call this "taking baby steps" but these small tasks really do add up.
