Just pick up one item and throw it away or put it in a drawer.

I feel physically sick and either depressed or immobilized. I'm too overwhelmed and sometimes can't move even though I know I should do something. I really want this stuff gone, but I have to go through everything because there are valuable things mixed in with the everyday items. I don't have garbage or piles of newspapers or magazines....just a lot of stuff. I become overwhelmed and paralyzed.
