I have connection again. Thanks for suggestion Purple by the way. Since my employer owns this laptop and controls the firewall and various software versions, who knows, could indeed have been something in Java. But, I suddenly, I can connect again, so they have changed something in the configuration. I shall "make hay while the sun shines"

Hi All - This last week something on my work computer has been changed. (It's their prerogative to make changes to firewalls etc.) Now when I go to the Support Group page, I don't get the sign-in and I can't see or access the chat.
I've checked and the Pop-up blocker on my computer is turned off in my various browsers and I've tried Internet, Chrome and Firefox, no luck.
I welcome suggestions and ideas.
My employer allows employees to make reasonable after-hours use of our work computers. But I am not okay with calling our tech support and asking for help to join the Hoarders Support Group & Chat. I think that's just too much information ;)
