Hi everyone. My name is Jessica and I manage an apartment complex in Duluth Minnesota. I have a young man in my complex that is facing eviction if he can not get his apartment under control. As a manager, my hands are tied as to how much I can help him but I HATE to see him evicted.

The complex I manage is a HUD building, so this young man does not have a lot of money to hire someone. I have tried the county services but they were a dead end. I would love to point him in a direction that would benefit him.

Do you all have any ideas? I am at a loss.
