Your story is inspirational, Renee! Thank you for sharing, especially the scripture verses -- very meaningful.

Renee, that is amazing progress!

Did you exercise?

I have been on spring break all week and I have snacked too much and exercised not at all and I can see the impact in both my weight and my days.

Sometimes it is hard to differentiate between "self care" and "self indulgence." Keep up with that healthy cooking and the exercise and it will feed energy into your push to be ready for the appraisal. We are pulling for you!

Hi Renee :)
YEA!!! Great that you now have hot water!!!
Good luck, fingers crossed with the appraisal.
WAY TO GO!!! for that clear path to the sliding door!
That's wonderful progress.
And home cooked healthy meals are now possible.
This is all fantastic progress!
We are all so proud of you (((HUGS)))

Hi everyone, just a quick check in...

Just got my new water heater up and running after 6 weeks without hot water. Feeling so grateful! We are so adaptable and such troopers. Let no one call us lazy! We are not. The extra work this disorder causes is not easy !

I won't bore you with the long version but for 11 years I've been building my credit score back after getting hurt and being off work for a year and paying off $114,000 in medical bills...I can finally refinance my house. So I'm less than 45 days I have to have it cleaned up to show an appraiser. That struck shear terror in my heart bc no one but me has been in my house in 7 years. Plus I have damage that needs to be fixed so I can get the max appraisal amount.

So I have been busting my butt for about 6 weeks before I found out I could Refi, but now I'm in overdrive. I take care of my parents part time and was gone the past couple days, but got home at 2:30 yesterday afternoon and went straight o Orlando worked hard till 9pm. I FOUND A DISGUSTING PLACE WHERE MY CAT HAS BEEN PEEING IN A BAG OF YARN😔. Out in the trash it went! But I made really good progress in my livingroom! I can walk from kitchen to the sliding glass door for the first time in years...without walking on stuff. I'm proud of myself.( hard to say that but I'm trying to be more positive about me.) the other big deal is I cleaned up around my Stairmaster and cleaned the dust off so I can use it again. Physical exercise always helps my mood and energy level so that is positive. I'm committing to y'all that I will do at least a 15 min workout today.

I also cooked a healthy dinner last night...something I couldn't do a month ago bc of my nonfunctional kitchen. I found I really missed cooking.but didn't know that until I got the opportunity back. Saves so much money too.

I hope y'all have a wonderful productive day. I've found when I'm standing looking at the mess, and can't figure out what to do... if I just MOVE SOMETHING, it changes the ?stuckness' and helps me see something I can do to make some small progress. One thing that has helped me a ton is the text Jeremiah 29:11: for I know the plans I have for you...to prosper you and not to harm you. To give you hope and a future.

So I know that I don't benefit by feeling terrified by the appraiser coming in. I just have to keep working. I can do all things thru Christ, who strengthens me.

Off to work in the livingroom.

Progress, not perfection.❤️😇❤️
