Our Clean-up can involve some or all of the following:
· General cleaning of a home.
· Relocation - Packing, moving and unpacking of resident's personal property.
· Special care - Setting seniors up in a new environment is made more pleasant by our specialized care to detail. Personal property dear to the senior is put up with the move. Hanging pictures, setting up photos, and personal living space to make the transition more loving.
Seniors are moved in two phases, necessities and the items dear to them. Followed by all remaining items at the direction of the guardian.
· Hoarders - Complete clean-out and disposal of items.
· Renew - Preparing home for resale - carpet, paint, plumbing, landscaping.
· Disinfecting - Ridding the home of odors caused by extreme living conditions.
· Emergency - Boarding up of home to secure it and / or changing locks if needed.
